Driving Test Pass Promise Terms & Conditions
At DriverStation, we stand behind our training and want you to pass with confidence. That’s why we offer our Driving Test Pass Promise, we’ll refund the cost of your second driving test if you don’t pass the first time, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Driving Test Pass Promise:
- Minimum Training Requirement
You must have booked the Driverstation package (10 hours) with a DriverStation instructor before your first driving test. - Mock Test Performance
You must have passed at least one mock test conducted by your instructor before the real test. - Instructor Approval
Your instructor must have given explicit approval for you to take the test.- This means your instructor believes you’re ready.
- You cannot book the test without your instructor’s agreement and still claim this promise.
Refund Details
If you meet the above criteria and do not pass your first practical driving test:
- DriverStation will refund the full cost of your second test fee (as charged by the DVSA).
- You are responsible for booking and paying for your own second test.
- After booking, you can request a refund by emailing us with proof of payment and your original test result.
Time Limit
Refund claims must be submitted 30 days of your first failed test.
Exclusions
This offer does not apply if:
- You failed to meet any of the conditions above.
- The instructor did not authorise your first test attempt.
- You missed or cancelled lessons affecting your preparedness.
- Your test was failed due to misconduct or non-compliance with DVSA rules, or was cancelled by DVSA for their own reasons.
How to Claim
To claim your refund:
- Book your second test with the DVSA
- Contact us through the website and include:
- A proof of your first test result. A screenshot of the DVSA report would be enough.
- Receipt or confirmation of your second test booking. A screenshot of the confirmation email would be enough.
- Your driving instructor’s name.
